Dr. Connolly grew up in Wisconsin, where he obtained his medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin. After an internship with Georgetown University, he moved to Chicago to complete a residency at Rush University. A fellowship in Thoracic Imaging followed in North Carolina at Duke University, after which he returned for good to Chicago.

Dr. Connolly’s primary interests in the field surround diseases of the heart and lungs. He is an active member of the practice’s board of directors and serves as the Director of the Radiology Residency program affiliated with the practice.

In his free time, Dr. Connolly enjoys golf and mountain fly fishing.
