Dr. Brack grew up in Cleveland, OH and graduated from The Ohio State University in 1985. He then went to medical school at UOMHS in Des Moines, IA. He then completed his radiology residency at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, OH and completed his 2 year Neuroradiology fellowship at Rush-Pres-St. Luke’s in Chicago, IL.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, fishing, golf and traveling.
