William Bechtel attended medical school in Michigan followed by a transitional internship and general radiology training in New York. He did subspeciality training in interventional radiology in Texas.

As a proponent of healthcare equity and imaging diversity, Dr. Bechtel participates in all facets of radiology, both invasive and non-invasive and desires to provide these services to as wide a section of the community as possible. To this end, he has spent much of his career working and advocating for underserved populations.

In his free time, Dr. Bechtel practices Tai-Chi and mindfulness meditation.
